Buying

What condition is the equipment in?

Every piece is inspected before listing. We rate equipment as Excellent (minimal wear, fully functional), Good (normal use, fully functional), or Fair (visible wear, fully functional). Condition is listed on every product page, and we’re happy to send extra photos or video before you commit.

Can I test the equipment before buying?

Absolutely. We encourage it. Send us a message to schedule a time to come by our location in League City. All equipment is available to inspect and try in person before purchasing.

Can I negotiate on price?

We price our equipment fairly based on condition and market value, but we’re always open to reasonable offers — especially on multiple items. Send us a message and we’ll work something out.

How do I buy something?

Add the machine to your cart and check out with a card. Jon will reach out afterwards to arrange pickup or delivery. Prefer to see it first? Send us a message and come try it before you buy.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards through our secure online checkout. For in-person pickups we also take cash and Zelle.

Do you offer financing or payment plans?

We don’t offer financing at this time. All purchases are paid in full at checkout.

Pickup and Delivery

Do you offer delivery?

Yes — throughout the Greater Houston area and beyond, using our own box truck with a liftgate. See delivery pricing for flat rates up to 150 miles from League City. Longer jobs are quoted case by case.

How do I arrange pickup?

Once you purchase online, Jon will reach out to schedule a pickup time in League City, TX. You can also contact us to coordinate before purchasing.

Do you help load equipment?

Yes — we’ll help you load your equipment. For heavy or bulky items, come prepared with a truck or trailer and an extra set of hands if you have it.

Selling Your Equipment

Do you buy used gym equipment?

Yes, we buy and accept trade-ins on used commercial gym equipment in good working condition. Email photos and a description of what you have to sfgymequipment@gmail.com and we’ll get back to you quickly.

What types of equipment do you buy?

We’re interested in commercial-grade cardio machines (treadmills, ellipticals, bikes), strength machines, power racks, free weight sets, benches, and more. We generally don’t buy residential-grade or significantly damaged equipment.

Warranty and Returns

Do you offer a warranty?

All equipment is sold as-is. We thoroughly inspect and test everything before listing, and we’re transparent about condition. We encourage you to inspect items in person or ask for additional photos and video before purchasing.

What is your return policy?

Because of the nature of used equipment sales, all sales are final. However, if something is materially different from how it was described at the time of sale, contact Jon immediately and we’ll make it right.

Where are you located?

We’re based in League City, TX — in the Greater Houston area. We serve home gym owners, personal trainers, and fitness facilities across the Gulf Coast.

Do you sell to gyms and businesses?

Absolutely. We regularly supply used commercial equipment to gyms, hotel fitness centers, corporate wellness facilities, and personal training studios. Contact us for bulk pricing.

What brands do you typically carry?

Our inventory changes frequently, but we commonly carry Life Fitness, Precor, Cybex, Hammer Strength, Rogue, Bowflex, and other commercial-grade brands. Check the shop page for current listings.
